The Global Fund

The global fund will be a corporation owned and managed by the global community, with equal voting rights for all people. It will be hosted on a secure website and run by the world’s best developers, chosen democratically by the entire population. The global fund will use its resources to purchase 51% of every corporation in the world, with the goal of making them fair and equal. This will give the global community, through the global fund, the ability to vote on the positions needed within each company, the appropriate number of employees, and fair compensation. The employees of each company will also have the right to vote and must agree with any decisions made by the corporation.

No corporate actions can be taken in any country, state, or locality without the democratic consent of the people and workers in that area. To prevent corruption and dangerous research, there will be democratically chosen nationals in designated areas to oversee these issues.

The global fund will increase in value through stocks, assets, and advertising on the website. Advertising proceeds from specific nations, states, and localities will be directed to their respective foundation. The website will allow for its own social network and online marketplace. 

Individuals will have the option to donate to a fund democratically controlled by their own nation, state, and locality, or to any other region. The global fund can also distribute its resources democratically to any specified region based on the proportion of votes received. Each person has one vote but can cast as many votes as they desire. For example, if the global fund is worth $100 and there are 100 users who have voted before disbursement, a user who votes once for project A will result in project A receiving $1. If the same user votes twice, once for project A and once for project B, both projects will receive $0.50. The same rules apply for funds allocated to nations, states, and localities. Funds will be disbursed at the end of each day or according to a schedule voted on by users.

This system will empower the public to take control of utilities and resources necessary for societal advancement. It will also create a more equitable and sustainable global system that takes into account the needs and concerns of all people.
